I know our idea of romance has somewhat…evolved over the years…

But today, as we celebrate another year together, I just wanted to take the time to tell you how much I appreciate you and all that you do for me.

I know I say it as a joke all the time, but I mean it when I say that I don’t deserve you. You put up with so much of my grumpy nerd shenanigans and love me despite my shortcomings. You make me feel like I’m a million times my worth and that I could do anything. The years we’ve spent together have been few in the grand scheme of things, but it has felt like a lifetime that I would not change for anything.

I know this sappy love letter and silly doodles are minuscule compared to what you deserve on today, but my only hope is that it makes you laugh for that is the sweetest music to my ears. You have no idea how much you lighten my life and how much I cherish our little moments. Thank you for saying I do and sticking with me.
